Emperor vs Bal Gangadhar Tilak. Sedition. The offence must be determined from the language used and the reasonable, natural and probable effect of the speech as a whole on its audience. Karnataka Land Revenue Act. ‘A’ kharab land belongs to the landholder and does not vest in the State merely because it is unassessed to land revenue.
